The Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) will become a necessity this fall. If your company’s employees or contractors do business anywhere inside a port
gate and want unescorted access, they will have to get a TWIC.

TWIC Enrollment to Start Mid-October 2007- Department of Homeland Security made the announcement on October 3, that general enrollment will start on October 16 in Wilmington, Delaware, and pre-enrollment will start on October 9.
